A queen size mattress is longer and wider than a Full size. However, it is narrower than a King. It is 60″ wide and 80″ long. This makes it the same length as a standard King, but 4″ shorter than a California King. The standard sizes for mattresses are as follows:

Memory foam offers several advantages over standard coil mattresses, both in terms of health benefits and quality. It is at once both firm (providing appropriate support) and yet able to conform to the contours of the body shape of the user. It therefore evenly distributes one’s weight on the mattress.
