What is a Queen Size Mattress?
Longer and wider than a Full size, but narrower than a King size, a Queen sized mattress is 60″ wide and 80″ long. It is the same length as a regular King, but 4″ shorter than a California King. The standard mattress sizes are:

How much does a queen mattress delivery cost?
Shipping is always free within the contiguous 50 states of the US. This is true both for shipping out to you and also for any returns. The company does charge extra to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Will Nectar remove my existing mattress?
Nectar can coordinate removal of your existing mattress through its White Glove Service. The cost is $149 plus $45 per any additional White Glove Service item. For California, Rhode Island and Connecticut, there is an additional fee due to state mandates.
Will Nectar help me setup my mattress?
If you select the White Glove Delivery Service, Nectar will set up your mattress in your home.

Each mattress is compressed and rolled into boxes of the following dimensions:

How do I track my mattress delivery?
You are able to track your order through your order number at Layla Mattress’ website order tracking page. If you create an account onsite, you may check your order status and tracking there also.
Once your Layla Mattress ships, you are sent an email with a tracking number within about three business days.
How long does it take for the Layla Mattress to be delivered?
The Layla Mattress takes 2-3 business days to manufacture and package. Once shipped, delivery will take from 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Is free shipping provided?
Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is free! There are extra shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

To do this, you will need to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. It is free to do so.
Does someone need to be present or to sign for the delivery?
Your queen mattress delivery will be dropped off by FedEx wherever you normally receive packages.
What size is the box that the queen mattress ships in?
The box dimensions are 40x20x20 inches, this is roughly the size of a mini-fridge.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipping a mattress or bed base to, Alaska, or Hawaii comes at an extra charge.
Will multiple items ordered be delivered at the same time?
Products are shipped out from multiple facilities across the United States. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive on different dates
When can I expect my queen mattress delivery?
Orders generally ship in 1 to 5 business days. Products ship from different facilities.

Do I pay for shipping?
No, there is no paying for shipping. It is completely free. This is also true for Returns as well. There is no charge. Exceptions are for Alaska and Hawaii, both of which come with extra charges.
Can items be shipped internationally?
No, there is no international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is only to the lower 48 US states and is free.
How do I track my order?
Orders usually ship within 3 to 6 business days. Once shipped, you are emailed a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package and check delivery status.
How does it take a mattress to arrive?
Idle mattresses ship by UPS Ground. Normally, delivery is within 4 to 10 business days, depending on where in the USA you are located. Latex King and Queen mattress delivery can take longer because they have to be sent to UPS Freight initially. An email with your tracking details is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
White Glove Delivery orders are sent to a delivery hub initially. That location will reach out to you directly to set up a delivery appointment within 3 business days of their receiving the order.
Will Idle help me set up my new mattress?
There is an optional White Glove Delivery Service through which Idle will set up your new mattress in your home.
I live in Alaska/Hawaii, can you ship to me?
Unfortunately, there is currently no mattress delivery to these states.
Will my old mattress be removed for me?
This can be arranged through Idles’s White Glove Service Option. You will have to call the company’s removal partner, LoadUp on 844-239-7711 to arrange a date and time to take away your old mattress. The fee is $125.
Can I specify a date I want my queen mattress delivery?
There is currently no way to specify shipment date. When placing your order you should plan for it to arrive within 4-10 business days. Always track the progress of your order.
Will a Queen mattress be delivered internationally?
There is currently only shipping to the contiguous United States, not including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.

Brooklyn Bedding Queen Mattress Delivery
Brooklyn Bedding offers free FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States. It typically takes 3-5 business days for packages to be delivered by FedEx. Note that carriers generally experience delays in pick-up and shipping during the holidays.
Queen mattress shipping to Hawaii or Alaska costs $125 per mattress. Shipments to Canada are sent by DHL and start at $250 per mattress. Be aware that shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are non-refundable.
Mattress exchanges and returns
There are three ways in which Brooklyn Bedding will try to work with you to help you if you are not satisfied with a particular product.
1) Modifying your existing mattress. For instance, if your mattress is too firm but otherwise comfortable, a topper to create more cushion while maintaining the current level of support can be provided.
2) Ensuring you have the proper frame and center support for your queen mattress.
3) Identifying another Brooklyn Bedding mattress that may be a better option for you and simply exchange your queen sleep system. In this case, shipping on all exchanges is free. Prices between mattress models may vary.
If all of the above fail, Brooklyn Bedding can refund your money in full. Note however that shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are non-refundable.
